When I look at this video I really see the weight I gained and this what made me realize I had go on this diet my poor Horse Beauty had to carry all those extra pounds she would not break into her 3 beat gait because of the pounds I gained. Beauty is a American saddlebred with the best breeding people try and buy her all the time so when I tell them $25,000 will take her they mouths hit the floor but I will not sell her any how.

Hi every one this my first blog page, Im real sure how to go with this blog.? But I'm on the low carb diet I've lost 17 pounds in 18 days I'm on the 19 th day this morning. I checked my weight this morn and I'm up 5 pounds because of bloat I know it will pass in a week, but it's discouraging still. but yesterday I was 158 LOL it's water this happens ever month .
